Welcome to Deluxe Safe Drive, where your safety and convenience are our top priorities. Before availing of our professional chauffeur services, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Timeliness

Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 20 to 30 minutes at the pickup location. Additional charges of 20 AED will apply for delays beyond 30 minutes, and 40 AED per hour thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

Trip cancellation after the driver's arrival will result in a full charge for the booked service.

Vehicle Tint

Deluxe Safe Drive is not liable if the customer's vehicle has a black film or tint and is caught by the police.

Driver's Responsibility

The driver's responsibility is limited to driving the customer to the specified destination using their own vehicle.

Insurance

Accidents will be covered by the owner's car insurance. The customer must ensure the vehicle is properly covered by insurance. Customer Acknowledgment: Acceptance of our service constitutes acknowledgment that the customer has read and agreed to these terms.

Lost Articles

Deluxe Safe Drive is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle by the customer.

Driver's Authority

The driver has the right to stop the car and discontinue the service if the customer misbehaves in a way that endangers both parties.

Accident Responsibility

In the event of an accident, Deluxe Safe Drive assists in claiming insurance as per the car insurance policy. We are not responsible for the accident itself.

Document Requirement

The customer must possess a valid car document.

Distraction-Free Service

The customer agrees not to cause any distractions during the service for the safety of both the customer and the driver.

Liability

Deluxe Safe Drive assumes no liability for fire, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Vehicle Condition

The company is not liable for damage or injury due to faulty brakes or poor vehicle condition.

Terms Agreement

The customer must agree to these terms before the journey begins.

Change of Pickup Time

Any changes to the pickup time should be communicated to the management team at least 45 minutes before the booking.

Accident Reporting

In case of an accident, the customer must contact Deluxe Safe Drive immediately. Complaints will not be accepted if reported more than 2 hours after the incident.
